Before You Schedule
Please read before booking your appointment.
Anchored Roots Healthcare, PLLC provides telehealth care for non-emergency medical conditions. Every patient receives an individualized medical evaluation, and treatment recommendations are based on your medical history, symptoms, and the provider's clinical judgment.
We Do NOT Prescribe or Refill:
- Opioid pain medications
- Benzodiazepines (Xanax®, Ativan®, Klonopin®, Valium®, etc.)
- ADHD stimulant medications (Adderall®, Vyvanse®, Ritalin®, Concerta®, etc.)
- Other DEA-controlled substances
Prescription Policy
- Scheduling an appointment does not guarantee that a prescription will be written.
- All medications—including antibiotics, steroids, weight management medications, and other prescription therapies—are prescribed only when medically appropriate after evaluation by your provider.
- Medication requests alone do not guarantee treatment.
- If your primary reason for scheduling is to obtain a controlled medication, please do not schedule an appointment, as our practice does not prescribe or refill controlled substances through telehealth.
- Appointment fees cover the provider's professional time and medical evaluation and are non-refundable once the visit has begun.
Anchored Roots Healthcare reserves the right to determine the most appropriate treatment plan for each patient based on current medical standards, clinical judgment, and patient safety.
